Important October Count Window (September 24 - October 8)

This window of time for PSD is vital to our funding because PSD receives funding from the state according to our students' attendance during the timeframe of 9/24-10/8. Timnath will be reporting our enrollment numbers to the district and state for that window of time. It’s important that we work together to ensure our students are present (as always) so Timnath can accurately report our enrollment numbers and receive the appropriate funding. However, no matter whether it’s October Count or not, we still need students to stay home if they are experiencing symptoms of illness.

Parent Teacher Conferences:

The parent-teacher conference online scheduling tool is now available for you to sign up for conferences, which will be held between 10/4-10/29 on Microsoft Teams online meetings. Please click on the following link for direct access to the sign-up page: https://ptcfast.com/schools/Timanth_Elementary1

After you are signed up for a conference, watch for an email from your child’s teacher with a Microsoft Teams meeting invitation. You can join the meeting from any device by clicking the meeting link in the emailed invitation. You can also download the Microsoft Teams app as a method for joining, if preferred.

Specialized staff members (specials, Integrated Services, G/T, ELD, administrators, and counselor) are available for conferences as well. If you want to meet with any of them during conferences, please contact them directly to set up an appointment. Thank you for your continued support and partnership in your child’s education.
