Important Dates:

October 4th-29th: Virtual Parent-Teacher Conferences (see communication below for sign-up)

October 14th: NO SCHOOL- Staff Exchange Day (students and staff off – exchange day for evening conferences)

October 15th: NO SCHOOL- Staff Exchange Day (students and staff off – exchange day for evening conferences)

October 20th: Science Matters Club (2:23-4:00pm)

October 22nd: Fun Run and 5th-Grade Color Run (times and details below)

October 27th: Science Matters Club (2:23-4:00pm)

October 29th: Halloween Parties and Parade (More info to come)

November 2nd: Picture Retake Day in the Learning Center (7:30am-9:00am)

 

Fun Run Schedule for October 22, 2021:

8:00-8:20 - 3rd grade

8:30-8:50 - Kindergarten

9:00-9:20 - 1st grade

9:30-9:50 - 2nd grade

10:00-10:20 - 4th grade

1:30-2:00 - 5th-Grade Color Run

If you would like to watch your child do the Fun Run, please come through the opening in the gate in the north parking lot instead of checking in through the office. It will take place in the grassy area of our playground. If you are wanting to help with the Fun Run or Color Run, please contact Timnath PTO at Timnathpto@gmail.com.

 

Original Works Art Project:

The Original Works Fundraiser is happening now! Get your student's artwork printed on a variety of products and help support Timnath Art! At Original Works, they turn amazing works of art into high quality products such as cups, grocery bags, ceramic tiles, t-shirts, wall art, key chains, pendants, and so much more. The students have been working hard on creating their artwork these past weeks for the fundraiser, so keep an eye out for their creations to come home with the fundraiser packet and information. Orders are due back October 25th if you and your student would like to participate. Items will be sent back and delivered to the students before the holiday break. Thank you for supporting Timnath Art! 

 

Lost and Found:

Our lost and found is getting full, so we will be donating all unclaimed items on November 1st. If you see anything that belongs to your child, please have your child retrieve it or contact the front office to make arrangements to stop and pick it up. 

 

Parent Teacher Conferences:

The parent-teacher conference online scheduling tool is now available for you to sign up for conferences, which will be held between 10/4-10/29 on Microsoft Teams online meetings. Please click on the following link for direct access to the sign-up page: https://ptcfast.com/schools/Timanth_Elementary1   

After you are signed up for a conference, watch for an email from your child’s teacher with a Microsoft Teams meeting invitation. You can join the meeting from any device by clicking the meeting link in the emailed invitation. You can also download the Microsoft Teams app as a method for joining, if preferred.

 

Student Immunization Information:

Keep your student safe and healthy for in-person learning this school year! Back-to-school vaccines will be available at the LCDHE in Ft Collins. COVID-19 vaccines will be available for anyone who is age 12 and older.

Families must have an appointment for their student.

  • Who: Youth who have Medicaid, insurance that doesn't cover vaccinations, and those who do not have health insurance are eligible
  • What: No cost for immunizations
  • When: 10/23, 11/06, from 9am-3pm
  • Where: Larimer County Health-Ft Collins, 1525 Blue Spruce Dr, Ft Collins

Students who have private health insurance should visit their healthcare provider or a local pharmacy for vaccines.
