This is my first year teaching at Timnath Elementary. In May of 2019, I graduated from the University of Northern Colorado. I student taught with Mrs. Pellman, and fell in love with Timnath Elementary. I feel so lucky that I get to teach at this amazing school. I was born and raised in Littleton, Colorado. I have a twin sister and a younger brother, who is in 5th grade. When I am not teaching, I enjoy being with my friends and family. My hobbies include hiking and dancing. I have been dancing for 18 years and was a member of the University of Northern Colorado Dance Team. (I love cheering for the Bears!) In addition to hiking and dancing, I enjoy reading, traveling, and spending time outside.
Being a teacher has always been a dream of mine. I enjoy teaching because I want to inspire and lead the youth. I want to serve as a role model and helping hand to my students. Seeing each student grow and achieve greatness throughout the year, brings me so much joy. There is never a dull moment spent with 5th graders, and I would not want to spend my time doing anything else.
